3T Software Labs has one mission: to build the finest NoSQL tools available. Over the last ten years we have firmly established ourselves at the forefront of NoSQL innovation and the NoSQL tooling market with over 400,000 active users of our industry leading IDE, Studio 3T. This is currently a remote role with plans to move to flexible/hybrid with some occasional travel to our offices in London/Berlin in the future.

We’ve had 10 years of successful product-led growth supported by content that has driven steady user acquisition. As we increase our focus on the Enterprise market, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Content & Brand to lead our evolving content strategy and team of content specialists. The ideal candidate will have experience working in both product and sales-led motions, and understand how to create and deliver a content strategy to 1) drive end users to download, try, and buy our product, and 2) generate inbound leads, facilitate outbound, and accelerate the sales cycle.

This is an individual contributor and management role, responsible for content creation and leading a team of content specialists on the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality content that supports both product-led and sales-led growth strategies.

Content Leadership: You will be the linchpin in all content-related activities across our business, ensuring a consistent and engaging tone of voice across various channels and audiences.
• Content Creation: Plan, execute and review full-funnelcontent including technical content for a developer audience and value-based content for senior decision makers.
• Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of content specialists including a video producer and technical writer, managing internal resources to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality campaign assets.
• Content Strategy: Develop and own the content strategy across all digital touchpoints and throughout the customer journey, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adapting content to support both PLG and SLG efforts.
• Content Performance: Track and report on content and channel performance, identifying opportunities to optimize and experiment to improve results.
• Brand Identity: Ensure a consistent message and visual identity across all content, maintaining cohesion as our brand continues to evolve.
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand our customers and the content requirements to support their decision making process.

Experience: Proven experience in content management and creation in B2B software, and a good understanding of the role of content in supporting Enterprise sales.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a team of content specialists, with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience owning and creating a comprehensive content strategy that drives business growth.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable writing and proofing technical content for a developer audience as well as value-based content for decision makers, at different stages of the customer lifecycle.
• ABM: Experience in personalizing content for ABM (Account-Based Marketing) would be preferable but not essential.
