The Role

As a Senior CRM Executive, you will be at the forefront of CRM initiatives, responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns. This includes planning content, collaborating with designers, and ensuring seamless delivery of multi-channel campaigns. Your role will involve analysing member behaviour, optimising campaign performance, and working closely with external partners to ensure that all communications are engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines. You will also play a key role in managing supplier-funded inventory and partner promotions, as well as contributing to the overall CRM strategy.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a similar CRM role, preferably within the retail, services, or loyalty sectors. You should be proficient with Email Service Providers, such as Marigold Engage+ (Cheetah), and have a strong understanding of data-driven marketing. A meticulous attention to detail, excellent numeracy and analytical skills, and a passion for customer experience are essential. You should be a confident communicator with excellent copywriting abilities, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player, you will have a can-do attitude and be eager to contribute to the success of the CRM programme, working effectively across all levels of the organisation.
