Drive Excellence: Oversee the delivery of high-quality audiology services, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Innovate: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in audiology and integrate new practices and technologies.
Mentor: Support the continuing professional development of our audiologists, promoting lifelong learning and career progression.
A registered Clinical Scientist in Audiology (or equivalent) with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Clinical experience in audiology, with a proven track record in a senior or leadership role.
A strategic and commercial mindset with a drive for innovation and growth.
