As a SEN Support Assistant specialising in challenging behaviour, your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing tailored support to students with special educational needs, focusing on those with challenging behaviour.
Collaborating with teaching staff and other professionals to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitoring and recording progress, ensuring that individualised education plans are followed.
Previous experience working as a SEN Support Assistant, with a specific focus on challenging behaviour.
Relevant qualifications in Special Education or related field.
High level of resilience and consistency in supporting students with behavioural needs.Full-time availability.
