We are seeking a skilled Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to join our client's dedicated team in the Wakefield area. As a PBS Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services to children and young people with complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to enhance the quality of life for service users.
- Develop and implement individualised support plans to meet the unique needs of each service user.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to service users and their families.
Requirements:
- UK Driver's License and access to your own car.
- Essential experience working with Children and Young People with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Autism.
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience required.
