What You Can Expect

Our client is a leading diversified property investment consultancy in London and is one of the most influential real estate consultant brands in the city. The role has become available as the business is growing and so is their portfolio of properties requiring further support as they expand.

In this role you will assist the Property Management team with daily operations, including property management, providing high-quality customer service, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests
  • Liaise with tenants, and contractors
  • Assisting with invoicing & payments on behalf of landlords
  • Handle enquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Processing the department's mail.

Requirements:

  • Desire to work in an administrative role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and a team player
