The Senior Data Privacy Analyst is a crucial role within the Data Management team, responsible for supporting the delivery of data privacy and data protection across the organization. You will work closely with the Data Privacy Manager to ensure the Data Privacy Framework is up to date and reflects relevant data policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in maintaining and updating the Data Privacy Framework to ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support the Data Privacy Manager in ensuring the Data Asset Catalogue is comprehensive, up to date, and has clear ownership.
Assist in the implementation and oversight of procedures and controls necessary to manage data assets effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and support the Data Management Practice Leads.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Data Privacy Hub based on OneTrust.
Support the enhancement of data privacy controls to ensure risks are managed within the organization's risk appetite by defining and reporting on key metrics.
Support the implementation of access controls, anonymization, and obfuscation processes.
Contribute and lead data retention and minimization processes and programs.
Good understanding of data privacy principles and regulatory requirements.
Experience in Data Management or Privacy within the financial sector would be preferred, but not essential
