**Senior Data Engineer** Would you like to work for a successful start-up in the Healthtech world? They are ready to welcome their first dedicated Senior Data Engineer into their wider tech team of Data Analysts, reporting to their Head of Data, empowering them to own, shape andgrow their data stack and technologies.

**The Opportunity** As the Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for pipeline health, building new data transformations, incorporating new data sources, and reviewing the development of the entire data platform; being the company's advocate for the visibility of keydata points.

You will manage the snowflake data warehouse and assist with the development of data architecture to support product changes in this fast-paced industry, interacting with Product Manager and Data Analysts.

You'll be responsible for the maintenance and optimisation of data modelling (using DBT) including thorough testing practices

The Senior Data Engineer will also ensure validity of the company's reporting datasets and also manage the SAR's and data deletion processes.

**Skills and Experience**:

- An understanding of data engineering best practices and ETL processes
- Proven experience implementing data lakes and pipelines in the cloud
- Expert in SQL and enjoy working with large and messy datasets
- Natural ability to communicate with various stakeholders
