Import and Export Coordinator

Import Clerk (Maternity Cover minimum 12 months) Role Profile
Location: Glasgow, office based
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Import Clerk to join our ever expanding, fast paced organisation. You will be based at our Head Office in Glasgow and assist in the day to day running of our busy traffic department.
Enter shipping data / register invoice in the ERP system with precision and speed
Maintain and update shipment data with accuracy
Knowledge of Import HMRC Processes & documentation (Not essential as training will be provided)
Excellent Microsoft Office skills ideally to intermediate level
Previous experience in Admin/Customer Service/Importing/Exporting
Self-starter who is able to use initiative to run projects and tasks on their own without direct supervision
Educated to a degree level (or minimum 2 years’ experience within a freight forwarder role or similar import/export role – not essential).
You will receive 30 days holiday (increasing to 32 by 2 years’ service) to ensure you keep a healthy work-life balance and have lots of exciting plans in place to look forward to
