We are presently seeking to recruit a Clinical Lead to join a dynamic team of professionals in providing a high-quality CAMHS mental health service. Carrying this portfolio specifically, the post holder will work directly with a caseload of Children regarding their use of emergency services, in order to promote prevention of mental health crises and increased engagement with community and alternative support, where this may provide better long term outcomes in their care.
The post offers a unique opportunity to consolidate and enhance clinical leadership skills in the assessment and treatment with CAMHS mental health services as well as working with a wide range of specialists and partner agencies. COVID-19 Vaccination

Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).
All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process, new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop-in sessions focusing on engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
Managing and supervising a clinical team in crisis and outreach.

- Holding a caseload of up to 3 complex children and young people.
