Main Purpose of the role:

The Spicerhaart group are the UK’s leading IndependentEstate Agency business. We are investing in the future of EstateAgency and Partnerships with high flying individuals.

Youwill be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agencyprofile in a designated core area. Everything from making decisions ontargeted marketing/canvassing through to developing business contactswith the local constituencies in order to further referrals and theEstate Agency network. With the use of a super hub office nearby youwill also value and convert the market appraisal opportunities thatyou get on (along with the help of a healthy marketing budget) andconvert these properties to instructions. The instructions will thenbe overseen by you to completion however you will utilise the nearbyhub office where there will be sales negotiators, sale progression andadmin staff to deal with the day to day running of the customerjourney once the property is on the market.

Support: This is Not A SelfEmployed Position, which means we can provide our Partners withendless support to grow a successful business. This will include fromour learning and development team to help you and your business grow,support from a Local Property Centre, the very best Technology andIndustry Leading Marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally.

Our Partners: The best Partners will have anentrepreneurial spirit and desire to want to be the best Estate Agentin their area. They grow their business by building localrelationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketingtheir own personal brand and most importantly offering their customersan experience they can rave about.
