About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Partner in our Willesden Green office. As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency business in your designated core area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local property owners, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth sales process from valuation to completion
  • Work closely with the local Property Centre team to leverage their expertise and support
  • Manage your own diary and work flexibly to meet customer needs
