Estate Agency Business Owner

You'll be empowered to develop your local strategy, pitch, and marketing tactics, with the flexibility to work on your own terms. Our marketing support will supercharge your efforts, whether that's through doorknocking, direct mail, or running local advertising campaigns.
This is a truly all-encompassing role that lets you do estate agency your way, while being supported by Nested's brand, products, and services.
Requirements- We're looking for a seasoned estate agent with 5-10 years of experience valuing residential property, winning business, and delighting customers.
- A clear understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and building a local valuation machine is essential.
- Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach are crucial.
- Strong social media skills are a bonus, but not essential. We're happy to support you in building your brand and engaging with your community.
- You'll have access to a market-leading customer app designed to provide exclusive property insights, manage viewings, and streamline communication with clients.
