As the Head of Business Development / Senior Business Development Manager, you will:
- Ensure clear strategic direction for target markets and business propositions.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and develop integrated plans for joint customers.
- Collaborate with senior management and clinical colleagues to achieve annual targets.
- Lead and develop a proactive, high-performing team.
- Track and respond to business development and marketing activities.
- Agree on budget levels for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop annual activity plans to optimise cross-selling and economies.
- Maintain strong business relationships and explore new sales channels.
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals to key customer targets.
The Head of Business Development / Senior Business Development Manager will enjoy:
