Business Development Executive Location: Calverton, Nottingham Company: Embroidery 247 Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience Embroidery 247 is a leading provider of discrete embroidery and fulfilment services to trade embroiderers and promotional product companies across the UK. With 53 embroidery heads operating around the clock, we support businesses that outsource their embroidery while maintaining exceptional quality, reliability, and fast turnaround times. We are now looking to appoint a Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our B2B customer base and strengthen relationships with our existing clients. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and convert new B2B clients within the embroidery, garment decorator, and promotional product sectors. Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business. Promote Embroidery 247’s discrete embroidery and fulfilment services to potential partners. Develop and execute strategies to drive sustainable business growth. Liaise closely with internal production teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer communications. Represent the company professionally at meetings, industry events, and client visits. Skills & Experience Proven B2B sales or business development experience (preferably in textiles, print, embroidery, garment decoration, or promotional products). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proactive self-starter with the ability to manage their own pipeline and workload. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Full UK driving licence preferred.
