As a Sales Development Representative, you will be essential in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, engaging with leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Research and map prospective new accounts for strategic outreach.
Identify corporate objectives, business challenges and specific pain points within target accounts.
Work closely with the aligned Sales Director on messaging, campaigns and account prioritization.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns to drive brand awareness in key target accounts.
Overachieve specific daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals.

Proven B2B sales experience
Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and react to the business needs for both Operatix and the client
Strong desire to move up in the Sales organization
