CXC is seeking a responsible Internal Sales Executive to join our Clients Harrow Branch. The ideal candidate should be customer focused and conscientious, with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Previous sales experience and product knowledge advantageous. Previous experience of working within the electrical wholesale industry preferred. You will:

  • Serve customers politely and efficiently, provide product advice, and support colleagues, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective teamwork.
  • Maximize sales through linked selling, effective quotation follow-up, promotional selling, and leveraging information technology for enhanced presentations and performance.
  • Answer telephones promptly and politely, price enquiries quickly, and support external representatives to develop customer accounts and maximize sales.
  • Ensure timely and accurate placement, delivery, and management of customer orders, liaising with suppliers and managing returns efficiently.
  • Monitor customer credit limits, payments, and special terms, maintaining financial risk management while maximizing sales potential.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activities, handle payments and returns per company procedures, address complaints promptly, and maintain clean, organized sales areas.

  • Driving Licence
  • 2 years experience in customer facing sales role
  • Previous electrical wholesale experience
