About the role: Build strong relationships with our Key Account customers to ensure a high standard of service is delivered. Responsibilities: Support administrative needs across the Key Account function Respond to and deal with emails and phone calls Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery Maintain and update records and documents Ensure adherence to contractual obligations i.e. KPI's and SLAs to remain compliant Raise purchase orders where necessary Monitor and use the company mobile phone Produce reports and data from AMCS and format appropriately for presentation to Senior Managers and/or customers Cross check invoices and update price lists accordingly Obtain quotes from suppliers and provide or support on quotations Produce associated documentation from AMCS Create supporting customer focused documents About You: Essential: Proven administration experience Able to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team Strong customer service ethos Effective communicator across all business levels both for external and internal customers Computer literate (emails, MS Office) especially excel Communication skills, both verbal and written Highly Organised Ability to prioritise Customer focused approach to working Desirable: Experience of Waste Industry Benefits: Company Pension Company events On site parking Cycle to work scheme Wellness programme Investment in career development Employee Assistance Programme Please click on the
