Our ambitious growth plans require an expansion of our HR leadership team, and as HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in realizing Urban Gym Group’s growth objectives.

For Gymbox, now part of Urban Gym Group, we are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager with a strong background in Learning & Development to lead the team in London. The HR Manager will lead a small team of HR professionals, ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across all labels of the Urban Gym Group.

Oversee day-to-day HR operations at Gymbox, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with legal requirements and company goals.
Collaborate closely with department heads to address HR needs and improve team performance.
Implement and evaluate L&D programs – in UK and NL - to enhance employee skills and career development.
Conduct training needs assessments and identify skills gaps within the organization.
Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Occasionally travel to the Netherlands to collaborate with the team and align on HR initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, with a strong focus on Learning & Development.
Hands-on experience with HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed (up to 10%).
