Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team on a part-time basis, working from our office in Redditch. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling and organising timed appointments with decision-makers. Your primary goal will be to set up valuable meetings for Luke Daniel, the business owner, to help drive growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to solo entrepreneurs and SMEs to introduce our sales coaching and consultancy services.
  • Identify key decision-makers and schedule appointments for the business owner.
  • Manage and update lead databases, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
  • Achieve weekly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Provide feedback on call scripts and strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Luke Daniel to refine messaging and target industries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
