SENIOR BLOCK MANAGER – Property Management
Permanent – Full Time - Remote / Hybrid
A highly respected professional Property Company are seeking an experienced Senior Block Manager to cover their managed portfolio along the M4 corridor including the Swindon, Slough, Bracknell & Reading area.
This is a pivotal and controlling role, reporting to the Regional Director and with the responsibility to manage a sizeable portfolio so previous experience in Block Management is essential and in particular the management of Section 20 Notices and management accounts.
You must be passionate, hardworking and have a sound knowledge of how commercial and residential leases function.
You must have impeccable customer service and communication skills as you will be liaising with clients, leaseholders, and contractors on a regular basis.
arranging repairs, preparing budgets, and general office administration and as meeting customers and attending AGM’s is a part of the role, good interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport are essential.
The role is principally “home based” but with the requirement to attend AGM’s and occasional visits to the company’s Head Office
Skills: The skills required for this Senior Block Manager (Property Management) role will include:
Significant previous experience in Block Property Management
Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislation
Have a full UK driving licence and car owner
Hybrid / Remote working
