ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Regional Manager at Tops Day Nurseries, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting your region and nursery teams. With a focus on oversight, direction, and performance, you will strive to deliver outstanding ratings for each location, aligning with our performance indicators. Collaborating fully and effectively with central and specialist teams, you will ensure that the nurseries achieve their key goals and provide exceptional experiences.

Your role as a Regional Manager will have a meaningful impact on the engagement and contribution of your teams, creating significant awareness within your markets and beyond. You will work diligently to ensure that your region exceeds both experiential and financial/commercial expectations. All of this will be accomplished while embodying the beliefs and values that are dear to our company and teams.

A minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years care and Education is essential.
