Tops Bearwood Nursery is a 55 place Day Nursery & Pre-School situated in Bearwood, Bournemouth. The nursery run several extra-curricular activities including Tops Forest School, Holiday club (after school care) and much more At Tops day Nurseries we see working in the childcare industry is a very rewarding career choice. A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required.
Demonstrate a solid background in effectively managing nursery settings.
Excellent communication skills, to engage with the children and converse with other staff members and parents
Creative skills and imagination to provide educational activities to children that can ensure the child is happy and learning in a rewarding environment
Positive outlook, to keep children happy and build an environment where children feel secure and rewarded.
Developing and maintaining the nursery budget
Monitoring the condition of the facility and equipment and organising maintenance, repairs and new items as required
Updating parents and Carers about their child’s progress and behaviour
Preparing the nursery for Ofsted inspections and following inspector recommendations
If you think you have the right skills and attitude to deliver the highest quality of care and engagement for our children as a Senior Nursery Manager within one of our Nurseries, then you could be the next to join us. All candidates will be required to have an enhanced DBS which is on the update service. This role involves regulated activity with children.
