Cladding and Facades Estimator
100% Remote
Our client is a growing started off as a roofing contractor specialising in all things roofing. They prioritize personal freedom within the workforce and utilize unique buying strategies and specialist product knowledge to drive innovation and deliver the best value to a national customer base. Now, they are seeking a driven and self-motivated Estimator to help build on their current success and achieve a £9m turnover within three years.
Quality-focused with high attention to detail.
- Estimate various roofing projects.
- Ensure sufficient information is available to price the project accurately.
- Collaborate with the pre-contract team for tender planning.
- Conduct project analysis and prepare take-offs for procurement.
- Conduct handover meetings with the post-contract team.
- Participate in pre-contract and post-tender meetings.
- 4 years' experience in an estimating role specifically in cladding and facades.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and optionally Bluebeam.
- Become an integral part of a high-growth team and help shape the business to become a market leader.
