About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team at AGM Construction Recruitment. As a key member of our property development and management company, you will be responsible for carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance works on residential properties across the North of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance works on residential properties
  • Liaise with tenants and carry out inspections to ensure high standards of work
  • Complete smaller repairs to larger installations on domestic roofs
  • Inspect composite domestic and residential type roofs for leaks
  • Perform all aspects of roofing, including removing old roofs, installing roof insulation, and repairing leaking roofs
  • Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules
  • Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by the administration team
  • Supervise sub-contractors and ensure all trades have a high standard of work
  • Manage equipment and materials required for the job
  • Carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance repairs within occupied domestic houses in the social housing sector
