Role Desc g> ription

This is a full-time on-site role as a Roofing Estimator located in Wakefield. The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for assessing roofing projects, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with contractors and clients to ensure successful project completion.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in roofing estimation or a similar field
  • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for precise cost estimations
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities for client and contractor interactions
  • Proficiency in relevant software for estimating and project management
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Certification in roofing estimation or a related field is a plus
