MediaCo Group is a leading large format print manufacturer based in Manchester, and we are the market leader in print solutions and invest in the most advanced print technology and display applications to provide the best quality for our clients.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Service team, who has the ability to demonstrate high levels of service and act as the liaison between MediaCo Group and our customers, ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction alongside developing existing accounts and manage client relationships.

Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate client records on the CRM system, keeping track of any contact information and delivery address updates. 
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to our clients.
 
Manage and maintain existing house accounts, ensuring that they are serviced and well looked after.
Raise clients’ concerns and needs to the senior management team, where necessary.
After care service with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s products or services.
Contribute information to sales and marketing teams by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analyzing customer reactions. 

Professional experience in a sales or customer service role within the print industry.
