Barrington James is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager capable of mentoring and training a team of ambitious and driven individuals, who can contribute to the growing success of Barrington James. unprecedented and ever-growing network of specialist candidates and engaged clients, partnered with a team of 160+ consultants with an 'inch wide, mile deep' knowledge of their verticals.

This role would be situated in our brand-new, ultra-modern offices in Crawley town center. Having grown in both size and reputation since 2002, we now operate across three continents and are at the forefront of recruiting top talent for the most innovative Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device companies.
