Our client is growing managed legal services provider who advise clients across the public and private sector. The business has several lawyers in Leeds who work as in-house lawyers advising blue chip clients on large commercial projects. The business was formed as part of a in-house offering from a global well known law firm.
The Commercial lawyer will deal with a range of responsibilities including;
Working closely with the senior legal counsel on large commercial projects
Provide legal advice to clients on commercial law matters.
Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts and working on large global outsourcing deals.
Supporting clients in a range of sectors as their managed legal services provider


The successful Commercial Lawyer should have:
A background in commercial contracts gained in practice or In-house
Likely to be around 0-3 years PQE working as a Commercial lawyer
Strong academics
An interest in managed legal services
A comprehensive benefits package, including a 5% pension contribution, bonus, health care, and agile working.
