We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Lawyer to join our team at Summer-Browning Associates. As a key member of our Public Sector team, you will be responsible for delivering complex procurements and providing commercial leadership to strategic procurements.

About the Role:

As a Procurement Lawyer, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering key procurement activities and providing commercial leadership to complex and strategic procurements.
  • Ensuring that procurements conform to our organisation's policies and assurance processes, and comply fully with procurement law.
  • Providing expertise in Category Management, Framework call-offs, and eProcurement platforms.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Public Contract Regulations 2015 and CCS Framework Agreement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Post-qualification experience in Law.
  • Knowledge of delivering complex procurements.
  • Experience in Category Management.
  • Experience of Framework call-offs.
  • Experience using eProcurement platforms.
  • Desirable: experience in Public Contract Regulations 2015 and/or CCS Framework Agreement.
