About the Role:
We are working with a leading Legal 500 national firm to find a talented Real Estate Solicitor with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical ability and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of managing a high-volume, complex caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running a high-volume, complex caseload consisting of sales, landlord and tenant matters, asset management, and development work.
- Providing specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of healthcare organisations, government, and health and social care providers.
- Working to deadlines and targets, prioritizing, and managing a varied caseload of property matters from inception to completion.
