Administration Team Leader - Lincoln - Up to £45,000

We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven individual to head up their Lincoln branch as the Administration Team Leader.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day to day operations of the branch, leading on various aspects including people management, business processing, client support and overseeing regulatory requirements.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Providing a proactive and high level/technical administration support across the branch
Effective people management, ensuring key functions are performed consistently
Ensuring client files are fully complaint with all required documentation and identification
Updating promotions across the company websiteRequired Skills & Experience:
Senior administration experience
Excellent client interaction skills in-person and over the telephone
