Lincoln, United Kingdom Serenity Financial Planning Full time

At Serenity Financial Planning we help our clients achieve the things that are most important to them so that they can live a life of freedom without the worry of running out of money.

We form long lasting relationships with our clients and really get to know them, their aspirations and their fears. It's important we understand what would truly make a difference to their lives and what's got in the way of them getting it so far. We then build a financial plan - a roadmap marrying up their money to really bring their plan to life before implementing it.

We call it Financial Life Planning.

**The role**

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IFA administrator to join our client support team and work with our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) to help deliver an exceptional financial life planning experience to our clients. You'll be based in our office in Lincoln although some of your team colleagues work remotely. We all come together at our quarterly Serenity team meetings usually held in London.

You are working in a Financial Planning or IFA practice and are familiar with the routine tasks associated with delivering a professional service from recording and maintaining accurate data to submitting new business to providers.

You enjoy being part of a vibrant team and contributing to great outcomes. You'll get to meet our clients and often be the first point of contact so it's important that you feel comfortable meeting and communicating with them in a way that's professional, courteous and helpful.

You will have an instinct for accuracy and the fine details - an essential quality to work in a busy financial planning environment. It's important that you're comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel and that you're good with numbers - percentages come up a lot

We are technology driven so you'll be using a variety of systems including Google Workspace, Dropbox, Docusign, Intelliflo Office and several others that support our processes and our clients.

We rely on processes to deliver consistent outcomes but your days won't be repetitive. You'll find you will have a wide variety of tasks to complete and you'll be encouraged to develop your technical knowledge and your personal skills to further enhance your capability. We'll also pay you more when you do.

If you're curious about a career in financial planning, this is an excellent way in.

**Next steps**

Feel you're right for the role? Then please send us your CV and tell us why.

Tell us your story - the unique and personal journey you've been on to date. What are you passionate about? What motivates you? Where do you want to be in the future?

If you feel you're right for us, we want to meet you.

Don't forget to complete the two assessments - they really help us too.

Thank you
