Extensive experience in a leadership position, developing strategic and operational plans for delivery teams (within the education and/or recruitment sectors). Successful operational management and a track record of leading the formulation and delivery of high-quality services and outcomes. Demonstrable record of developing and sustaining a customer-focused culture, leading, motivating, and managing teams to achieve significant improvement and outstanding results at pace. Sound judgment and ability to handle competing priorities and a challenging workload in a pressurized environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including strategic influencing/negotiation skills, with the ability to relate to and communicate effectively with people at all levels. Strong commercial acumen with advanced financial planning/budgeting abilities.

- Educated to degree level or comparable experience within the education and/or recruitment sectors.
- Management qualification or equivalent preferred.
- Change management experience and/or knowledge.
