Oculus are supporting a growing organisation on their need of a Service Desk/ Help Desk Manager to improve efficiency of their 1st / 2nd Line capabilities.

Managing a Team of 6, you will be a good communicator, with excellent attention to detail and a passion to enhance both your own and your teams career

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a service desk/ help desk leadership role
  • Windows Environments
  • M365 expertise
  • Experience working to ITIL Practices
  • Excellent communication skills

This is a full time, permanent position, that doesnt offer sponsorship

You will be on site full time from the large Northampton HQ
