Job Description

An entrepreneurial scale up is currently seeking dedicated Probate Specialists to transform their probate operations by bringing them in-house, moving away from outsourcing. They are looking to make multiple hires.

The role:

  • You will be involved in collaborating with the legal team to draft and prepare legal documents required for wills, probate and/or lasting power of attorney matters, ensuring accuracy and efficient support across the team.
  • Engaging with various stakeholders across the business to address multifaceted projects and driving initiatives forward collaboratively.
  • Providing insightful analysis and recommendations to drive efficiencies.

You:

  • Ideally A law graduate with an LPC and strong academics
  • Have at least 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, in a corporate or startup environment.
  • Previous knowledge of Wills, Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney.
  • Tracy record of handling high-volume workloads while maintaining exceptional attention to
  • detail.
  • Be able to navigate complex legal matters and provide practical solutions.
