We are working with a subsidiary of a large holding company who look to find a paralegal to manage the wills and estates of their high-net-worth investors


The Applicant


  • Law or Finance Degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of paralegal experience (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney (mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and communication skills (mandatory)


Responsibilities


  • Draft and prepare legal documents required for wills, probate and/or lasting power of attorney matters
  • Manage all administration tasks as required from post-handling processes, including

effective communication with clients and other third parties.

  • Where possible, provide insightful analysis and recommendations to drive efficiencies

for business as a whole and proactive case progression.
