Role: Conveyancing Paralegal/Senior Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Central London

Salary: £25k-£35k


I am currently working with a client at medium sized, multi-service law firm based in Central London that is looking to hire an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal within their Residential Property department. This is an opportunity to work in a high-quality environment, working on a mixture of residential files, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, and remortgages. My client is looking for someone who has had experience assisting fee earners and handling their own sales matters. Some experience using the case management system Leap will also be beneficial - however it is not required.


The role is for a Conveyancing Paralegal, who has at least one year of experience working in property. The role will be strictly supporting fee-earners on their residential property files. My client is looking for a paralegal with hands-on experience within conveyancing who can really join the team and get stuck in. If your end goal is to become a solicitor- this is the perfect role for you to gain the hands-on experience. This opportunity will also offer hybrid working, allowing 1 day working from home


This role is available as the firm are looking to gain an experienced member of support staff who will help assist the residential team as a whole and stay long-term. This is a good opportunity to work alongside experienced and highly trained Solicitors with high-net-worth clients. There is also the potential for a training contract in the future after 1-year within the firm.


Requirements

A degree from a UK University (2:1 and above).

At least one year working in conveyancing at a firm in England.

Experience using case management systems.

Ambitious and hardworking attitude.
