We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our existing clients. This is a key role in our organization, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and work closely with them to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions - Analyze client data and provide insights to drive business growth - Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance to clients - Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable recommendations to clients

Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales preferably in hospitality or events - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proficiency in analyzing data and using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal - Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
