We are seeking a dynamic and strategic People Business Partner / HR Generalist (we are really flexible on job title) The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and enabling the effective management of our talent.  
As a key member of the People Team, you will manage key areas like employee relations, policy writing, and TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings - Protection of Employment) while supporting the development of people management toolkits and ISO accreditations. Your ability to build strong partnerships and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization will help us continue to build a supportive and thriving work environment. We are working hard at the moment to reshape our onboarding experience and we are looking for someone who can bring ideas to the table and help bring them to life.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career - working for a growing business in a close knit team you will have a great deal of autonomy and potential to shape the people culture.

Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the organization's values.

Lead the HR aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with TUPE regulations.
Policy and Procedure Development:
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to align with current legislation and best practices.
Partner with managers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and consistent implementation of policies.

Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure the effective use of these tools.

Training Support:
Develop and deliver training on the effective use of the people management toolkit.
Assist in maintaining and improving ISO standards compliance related to HR and organizational practices.
Proven experience in a similar role within HR, ideally with experience in employee relations, TUPE, and applying best practice to a business in real terms
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
