captainofmyship is a provider of powerful, award-winning, and life-changing online and live training programs designed in collaboration with leading personal development experts. The programs equip adult learners with the tools, skills, and mindset to succeed in all areas of life. This is a contract remote role for a Head of Business Development at captainofmyship. The person will be responsible for building a business, managing its operations to help thmeslves and other individuals unlock their full potential and become the captain of their own lives.

Five or more years of professional experience (not open to students or recent graduates)
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
A growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and development
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Expertise in managing and organising a variety of digital assets, including documents, media, and files

Background in personal development, coaching and leadership with the ability to inspire and cultivate strong teams.


Engage in marketing initiatives with comprehensive guidance and training to enhance your strategies
Identify and engage with stakeholders who can benefit from our transformative personal development programs
Conduct interviews and actively participate in team-building activities to foster a cohesive and motivated network
Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
Act as a coach, mentor and leader within our community, inspiring and guiding others on their personal development journeys
