We are looking for a capable and motivated individual to cover a maternity, in the role of a Personal Assistant which is office based.

Have you ever had responsibility and/or understand the impact of ensuring that meetings of Senior Level Executives run smoothly, using conferencing/presentation AV systems? We have a Maternity Cover requirement for a highly experienced and organised Executive Assistant to the Company Directors, supporting daily task management. Validate customers, build relationships, and coordinate with engineers on project management.
● Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and prepare project documentation.
● Oversee databases, filing systems, expenses, and administrative procedures.
● The candidate must be flexible with the ability to multitask, is highly organised with excellent attention to detail and outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. Experience with Audio Visual meeting room systems within a Corporate environment is ideal
