📊 Role | Management Accountant 🎯 Areas | Management Accounts, Project Reporting, Finance Business Partnering 📍 Location | London (Hybrid: 2–3 days office)💰 Salary | £33,000–£37,000⏳ Contract | Permanent, Full-Time Hi 👋 We’re supporting a national organisation in the not-for-profit sector who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their growing Finance Team. This is a key role overseeing monthly management accounts, supporting project reporting, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, pace and building strong internal relationships. 💥 In this role, you will: Oversee the full monthly management accounts process Produce accurate management accounts for complex projects & partnerships Prepare cashflow reports, funder reports and monthly income/expenditure packs Hold monthly review meetings with budget holders to discuss financial performance Review accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, reconciliations and allocations Lead preparation of the annual budget alongside Services Prepare monthly cashflow forecasts Provide financial insight and support to non-finance colleagues Assist with year-end audit preparation Provide accurate data for statutory submissions Support with ongoing system implementation and process improvement 💥 What we’re looking for: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / CCAB) or finalist (Desirable) Strong experience in producing monthly management accounts Experience in project or charity financial reporting Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modelling) Confident communicator able to support non-finance colleagues Strong business partnering experience Experience supervising or line managing staff Able to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines Understanding of charity SORP
