As a Programme Manager , you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of innovation, driving change and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

This is a role that’s out of the ordinary — you’ll manage complex engineering projects with transformational elements, delivering systems and services that support naval gunnery and future technologies such as Uncrewed Surface Vessels. 

Leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver naval gunnery projects and new business opportunities
Providing leadership and guidance to ensure delivery commitments and financial goals are met
Developing and implementing business cases, delivery plans, and transformation initiatives

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.

Essential experience of the Programme Manager
Strong knowledge of Project and Programme Management principles
Qualifications for the Programme Manager
Recognised project management qualification such as APM PMQ, ChPP or equivalent

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
