What you’ll be doing * Assist with customer account setup, management, and correspondence. * Handle orders, invoices, and enquiries via phone and email. * Shadow Life24 Advisors and Technicians to learn visiting and technical roles. * Carry out data checking and update digital noticeboards. * Refer customers to internal and external services. * Support Activity Days and understand Partnership Forums. * Raise safeguarding referrals and assist with audits. * Engage in repair reporting and payment support. * Learn equipment installation, deinstallation, and stock management. * Record customer interactions on business systems.
