A newly created role of Operations Director for a successfully growing Bedfordshire based Services organisation.
This role is created to be the linchpin between the Managing Director, and the rest of the organisation covering functions such as sales, compliance, delivery, accounts, data and IT.
As such, this will be a very varied role, that will require genuine problem solving skills, as well as an ability to want to throw yourself, with passion and energy, into every area of the business.
The organisation stands poised to take advantage of a multitude of paths for growth, with a current headcount of 40, and the plan being to grow to 80 within the next 12-18 months.
Your role will be integral in ensuring the processes and systems are in place to cater for such rapid growth, as well as helping the company to transition through this phase.
We are looking for somebody with:
- Proven leadership experience
- Good commercial acumen
- Tangible examples of solving a multitude of problems
- Passion and energy to relish this linchpin role
