It has a well established reputation for hospitality founded on guest care, the utilising of Norfolk’s fantastic local produce and it’s enviable position Now under new ownership, The Cliftonville is looking for new team members to embark upon the next leg of its journey with it’s passionate management team. With plenty of investment and good times ahead, it is a fantastic time to join us and help build the next piece of history at the property. We’re looking for passionate, energetic individuals with a real passion and personality for customer service.

What you’ll be doing as a Junior Sous Chef:

Preparing high quality food for customers quickly and efficiently
Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
Assisting Head Chef & Sous chef in running of kitchen
Coaching and mentoring CDPs and KPs
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
Following proper food handling procedures and food safety regulations
