Role Description:

Senior Broker / Closer - Remote Working

At Sphere, we are currently seeking a Senior Broker / Closer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be primarily focused on introducing and selling a diverse range of financial products. Thanks to Sphere’s advanced AI technology and sophisticated lead management systems, you will benefit from a continuous supply of pre-qualified leads and scheduled appointments. This setup ensures that you can concentrate on what you do best: selling and expanding our client base.


Responsibilities:

  • Introduce and sell financial products such as bonds, ISAs, and alternative investments like Whisky, capitalizing on the steady flow of leads and appointments facilitated by Sphere.
  • Build and manage client relationships to maximize long-term revenue opportunities through strategic account management and cross-selling.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in financial sales, with strong capabilities in introducing and closing deals on various financial products.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial markets and the ability to leverage technology in sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for effective client interactions and relationship management.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a robust ability to work within a structured sales environment that is technology-enhanced.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; adept at navigating complex sales cycles and client management.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
