Operational Excellence Principal Consultant

We are looking to expand our Consulting team with this new appointment, specifically focusing on Business Development through both 'hunting' of new clients and 'farming' of existing accounts.

The role

• Operational Excellence maturity assessment and support
• Strategy Deployment
• Operating Model Design
• End-to-end Process Improvement
• Lean competency

What you'll be getting up to:

• Specific focus on business development through both 'hunting' of new clients and 'farming' of existing accounts, alongside creation of proposals and pricing
• Understanding customer needs to ensure support is tailored to achieving fantastic outcomes for the client as well as Reinvigoration
• Managing and growing relationships with clients throughout project delivery duration and acting as the main point of contact between Reinvigoration and the client across a number of projects
• Ensuring the services delivered by Reinvigoration conform to what has been contractually agreed between us and our client, and monitoring the delivery of said services against the agreed schedule, quality, scope, and budget, with associated reporting
• Client facing role, working hands-on with clients to deliver our full range of consulting propositions, with hands-on consulting delivery alongside your commercial focus
• Planning and managing permanent consultants, associate consultants, and strategic partner resources, as well as addressing any quality or performance issues
• Development of more junior colleagues within all Reinvigoration products & services, and developing them professionally in their consulting capability, especially business development
• Producing quality presentations to an industry leading commercially publishable standard
• Supporting the Reinvigoration leadership team with a range of other activities relating to innovation, research, product development, training material creation, and general management duties.

This role will be a great fit if you have:

• Exceptional business development skills and experience, with a number of years of demonstrable success
• Natural networker with capacity to develop and grow both new business and existing clients, ensuring cross pollination of all Reinvigoration Group products and services
• 10+ years' experience of external consulting in an Operational Excellence or related discipline
• 5 years' experience in managing stakeholders, projects and teams of consultants on client site to agreed quality, outcomes, timescales and budgets
• A natural people leader, with exceptional leadership skills to be able to engage and motivate colleagues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidently facilitating client meetings or workshops, and able to produce outstanding reports and slides
• Expert use of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage own time effectively to achieve deadlines pro-actively with a strong sense of urgency.

We'd love to hear from you if you also have these optional skills:

• Experience in Learning & Development including training delivery and learning material design
• Delivery and quality assurance of learning materials

The location:

The role is home based, however will involve travel as required by our clients.

This role pays an attractive base salary commensurate with experience, plus up to 25% of salary as a profit share dependent on company and individual performance.
