Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to various sites across the UK and Ireland.
- Confidence in using IT as part of the daily role; experience with procurement systems is desirable.
